Scope and controller
AMF Limited, trading as Unoptimize, is the controller of the information described in this notice. This notice explains how we handle information when you use the SELL FIRST iPhone app, visit unoptimize.com, run the free Cold Start Diagnostic, join the optional email sequence, purchase Full Access through Apple, or use the workspace, course, calculators, and evidence tools.
Information you provide
We receive information you choose to submit. This may include your email address on the website; app and company name; target customer; positioning; price hypotheses; acquisition sources; App Store funnel counts; activation and retention events; experiment notes; user-supplied billings, costs, proceeds, fees, and refund figures; generated project assets; course progress; and support messages. This project material, including business economics, is linked to your private workspace so it can sync and be exported.
The iPhone diagnostic works without an account, purchase, or email address. On the website, the diagnostic displays its result before optional email capture. Do not submit authentication credentials, payment-card data, regulated health information, classified information, private customer recordings, or personal information that is unnecessary for a marketing decision.
Apple purchase and technical information
Apple processes the Full Access payment and the payment details associated with your Apple Account. SELL FIRST does not receive your complete card number, bank details, or payment method. To provide, secure, and restore access, we receive and store the product identifier, transaction and original-transaction identifiers, purchase environment, purchase date, and current entitlement status supplied through StoreKit.
We assign a workspace identifier to the verified purchase. We may also process ordinary operational records such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, request identifiers, authentication and security events, referring campaign, and pages or product features used. We use these records for app functionality, security, support, and service reliability—not cross-app or cross-site tracking.
How information is used
We use information to deliver diagnostic results; verify and restore Full Access; operate and secure the workspace; save projects, course progress, and evidence ledgers; calculate user-supplied economics; generate requested marketing drafts; respond to support; investigate misuse; improve reliability; and comply with law.
We do not sell personal information, use private project content for third-party advertising, or track users across other companies’ apps or websites. The iPhone app contains no advertising SDK or tracking SDK.
AI processing
The current iPhone diagnostic, routing rules, calculators, and course reader are deterministic and do not send their contents to an AI model provider. If a future optional feature sends selected project context to a model provider to generate a draft or critique, the interface will identify that processing before it occurs. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and remains a draft.
Do not place secrets, customer personal data, or confidential source code into any model request. Customers requiring particular retention, locality, or contractual safeguards should not enable a future model feature until those requirements are agreed in writing.
Email and choices
If you request follow-up, we may send the diagnostic interpretation, lessons, case-study updates, and product offers described at signup. Every automated marketing email will include an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but does not prevent transactional, security, purchase, refund, or support messages necessary to provide the service.
Disclosure
We may disclose information to hosting, payment, email, model, security, analytics, backup, and support providers that help operate the service; to professional advisers subject to confidentiality duties; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a corporate transaction. Providers receive only the access reasonably needed for their role.
Retention and security
We retain an active workspace and its project history while you use the service. Choosing “Delete account and workspace” in the iPhone app removes the active workspace, project records, course progress, and SELL FIRST entitlement link from our production systems. Residual copies may remain in access-restricted disaster-recovery backups for up to 30 days before aging out and are not used for ordinary product access. We may retain limited records when law, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution requires it. Apple retains its own purchase record under Apple’s policies.
Workspace authentication uses secure signed sessions, and project records are isolated by workspace. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not rely on SELL FIRST for regulated or highly sensitive information.
Export, deletion, and your rights
Full Access users can choose Settings → Create account export to prepare a portable JSON copy, then save or share it using the iPhone share sheet. Choose Settings → Delete account and workspace to permanently remove the SELL FIRST account and workspace without contacting support. Deleting SELL FIRST data does not refund the App Store purchase or erase Apple’s purchase history. If you later use Restore Purchases, SELL FIRST may create a new workspace containing only a visibly labeled synthetic starter example; deleted project data does not return.
You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, or appeal a decision. We may need to verify your identity and authority.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Questions, privacy requests, and email-preference issues may be sent to private@unoptimize.com. Product help is also available on the SELL FIRST support page.
